Cleanroom Cleaner: Biotechnology, Medical Device, Life Sciences & Hospital Pharmacy 


Positions Available:
Kennebunk, Maine:  5-6 hours per week (Friday evening or Saturday anytime)
Merrimack, NH:  4-5 hours per week (Saturday evening or Sunday)
Cambridge: M-F 5-10 pm;  Sat & Sun 2-6 pm
Greater Boston Area:   15+ hours per week (evenings and weekends)

Cleanrooms need to be kept clean. We are hiring cleaners who will specialize in cleaning Cleanrooms. If you are looking for a cleaning position, know the importance of paying attention to detail, are dependable, and energetic, then we want to talk with you. A successful candidate will be able to ensure cleaning is done properly and follow proper protocols. We have work during evenings and weekends. This position offers opportunity to develop into Team Leader.

Must be able to travel to different accounts around Greater Boston area and available during evenings and weekends. Opportunity for intermittent project work around New England area as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Required Training
  • Perform duties at a variety of customer sites
  • Follow protocols and procedures to ensure work is being performed properly
  • Interact with clients to provide superior customer service
  • Report to the Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • Cleanroom cleaning experience preferred
  • Janitorial Cleaning experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Excellent Driving Record
  • Must have own car for transportation
  • Well Groomed and neat appearance
  • Focus on Customer Service
  • Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • College or other degree a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willing to undergo a Background Check
  • Able to provide references from past employees

Customer Site Manager: Biotechnology, Medical Device, Life Science & Hospital Pharmacy


Positions Available:

Customer Site Manager

The Customer Site Manager ensures that the client’s needs are understood and satisfied. They build and manage client relationships, cleanings, schedules, and ensure that the company meets the individual needs of clients. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the client.

The Customer Site Manager oversees the daily operations of the micro-cleaners who specialize in cleaning cleanrooms. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention. The Customer Site Manager needs to be good with people, have a strong work ethic, energetic, have expertise in cleaning cleanrooms, and able to motivate employees to maintain the high standards necessary for success in this specialized field. A successful Customer Site Manager will be able to manage people and ensure work is done properly according to the client’s standard operating procedure and our Clean to Pristine motto.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of cleaning in the field
  • Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships
  • Respond to email, phone, and or text messaging in a timely manner.
  • Manage cleaning schedules with the client to ensure success
  • Work with the team lead to ensure cleanings are performed according to SOP
  • Train cleaners on client gowning requirements, SOP, and client documentation
  • Continuously review cleaner’s knowledge of client SOP and requirements
  • Perform cleanings at a variety of customer sites for their Cleanrooms
  • Primary contact internal micro-cleaners
  • Direct communication with the clients to provide superior customer service
  • Review all logbooks/sign off sheets to ensure all Good Documentation Practices are followed
  • Inventory control of all supplies
  • Scheduling and manage staff at account each week
  • Conduct field inspections and supervision during all working hours
  • Plan, organize, and direct employee teams in the field, ensuring that all work is being performed properly
  • Attract candidates to ensure proper staffing needs are met
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager
  • Weekly task report to send to Operation’s Manager
  • Employee evaluations

Account Manager Requirements:

  • High school graduate, some college or equivalent
  • Cleanroom cleaning experience
  • Previous management experience required
  • Available to work on weekends if needed
  • Working knowledge of various cleaning methods and SOPs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional customer service skills and customer communication (email) skills
  • Must be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist
  • Able to lift 20 pounds
